This Seva activity commenced at 09:00 am after a full centre morning programme. The Johannesburg Society for the Blind (JSB) is a non-profit organisation that caters to the needs of blind and partially sighted persons regardless of gender, race, ethnicity or religious affiliation. The aim of the seva was to spend much needed quality time with people that are rarely remembered by society and sometimes even totally neglected by their families.
The time spend with these 400 amazing souls were interspersed with:
- Hand Scrubs
- Hand, and shoulder massages
- Light snack before lunch
- Entertainment, Music, Poetry, Story
- Hygiene Packs
The 40 sevadals were very happy giving their love and attention and the time spent with the recipients. Many requested that the centre members should come back soon.
